About me

I am originally from the UK but am currently based in Thailand. I have apassion for travel, food, health and wellbeing, skin care, make up and fashion. My interest for content creation came from creating engaging content for my own platforms and previous jobs, I realised this was something I really enjoyed and was naturally good at. This also allowed me to expand my experience in video and photo editing.  

I am 25 years of age and am focussing on my freelance career.

I have also achieved a first class undergraduate degree and a masters

degree and so I am a hard working, highly educated individual.

I have recently received a diploma in social media marketing so I have a good understanding of what performs well for brands and I understand that UGC is a perfect opportunity for brands to gain trust with their target audience.

why UGC?

UGC can be defined as content curated by a user of the brand, via short form video content, testimonials and pictures. Therefore, UGC allows brands to advertise authentic content that is more relatable to the consumer. Considering, 92% of people in a recent study were found to trust another persons recommendation for a product, you can really see how powerful UGC is (Jose Angelo Gallegos, 2021).


UGC allows organic content to be created that is more relatable to the consumer.The content can then be used within the brands marketing strategy, social media channels and email marketing lists etc. This form of content elevates brand awareness whilst highlighting the key values of the brand. Since 63% of consumers choose to buy from authentic company's over their competitors, you can see why it is so important to prioritise authentic content (Cohn and Wolf, 2014).

Influencer marketing is defined as marketing that focuses on influential people over the general target market (Henderson, 2018). Influencer marketing involves getting the influencer to promote the product to their own audience. However, with UGC the brand can purpose the content to be put in front of their exact target audience.

UGC is overtaking social media influencer marketing since people are more likely to trust the average person over influencers and celebrities. UGC is essential to fill the gap between brands intentions and consumers perceptions by creating authentic content generated by relatable people. It was recently found that approximately 85% of customers were influenced to make a purchase via user generated content (Navarro, 2022).

Usage rights is defined as the licence to use or access content / digital media. For organic content that is posted directly to your social media, I do not charge usage. However, for paid adverts I charge an additional 15% per month of the sponsored rate for usage rights.

Although I have a general pricing guide, I am still open for reasonable negotiation as I simply love creating content and would not want to miss out on opportunities to work with brands that I am passionate about.

I would be a great fit for a company that prioritises the customer experience and wants to build an authentic relationship with their target audience. Creating short form content is a perfect way to get consumers attention and form a personal bond by showing how real people use and demonstrate products/services. I have previously had various roles in sales and I hold a digital marketing qualification as well as a social media marketing diploma. Therefore, I have the advantage of understanding brand to consumer relationships.
